Custom product development：
At our core, we are a packaging manufacturer with product development and market insight. We start by listening to your need for formulation and packaging, your intended consumer demographic, as well as functionality you want to achieve with your packaging. We then leverage our wide range of stock or custom packaging, along with our expertise in packaging development process to offer the best solution to suit your brand.
Our next step in development process will be aesthetic idealization, where we provide hand or computer sketch base on the feedback we gather during our analytic stage.
In order to ensure a successful and seamless project execution, we work with our client’s contract manufacturing closely. After accessing the capability and limitation of our customer’s contract manufacturer during early stage of packaging development, we will utilize these information on our next stage to ensure the package will perform well in the contract manufacturing environment.
During our concept design stage, we will narrow down the best solutions that pass the criteria from earlier stages and channeling all the detail into CAD drawing. Photo realistic rendering with artwork also will be provided.
The ability to feel the package in your hand is essential, and crucial step to gather useful feedback from focus group, we have the ability to rapid prototype packaging design through 3D printing or CNC machinery.
Once the packaging solution is finalized, we will further evaluate and optimize its manufacturability and assembly. Also a crucial step to reduce manufacturing cost and fix any potential problem.
With our experienced mold engineer, our own mold shop will manufacture quality mold base on customer approved design.
